Terms & Conditions
When you confirm your booking by paying a deposit you are entering into a contract between you, the visitor and
1. The letting period is from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival until 10.00 hours on the day of departure. All facilities are available for use from the moment you arrive on site.
2. All bookings will be secured by a 20% deposit. Please note that once confirmed the deposit is non-refundable. Once received, confirmation will be sent via post or e-mail. Payment of the full balance should be received 42 days prior to the commencement date of their holiday. If the visitor cancels a confirmed booking within six weeks or less of the start of their holiday, he/she remains liable for the full cost of the holiday unless the owners subsequently re-let the property. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance.
3. Only the guests named on the booking may occupy the accommodation
4. The accommodation rented should be kept clean and in good condition and any breakages reported immediately.
5. Personal property of visitors occupying any accommodation is not the responsibility of
6. On arrival and occupancy of the accommodation, the guest should satisfy themselves that the accommodation is in good condition. Please notify reception if you notice anything is faulty or missing.
7. Pets are welcome in some units (max. of 2 per unit) on the condition that they are kept under control at all times. They must not be left unattended or allowed onto the soft furnishings, beds or bedding. Pets must not be allowed to foul the area any “accidents” must be cleaned-up and removed immediately.
8. If for any reason the accommodation is not available to the visitor on the dates booked due to events beyond our reasonable control,
9. Clients must acquaint themselves with the safety precautions against fire and the whereabouts of the fire points.
10. We reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time or to remove any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or causing/likely to cause annoyance or offence to other guests. In such cases of termination any refund would be at the discretion of
